Ian Clark and five of his colleagues from Eastgate Shopping Centre are cycling 320 miles from London to Paris to raise money for St Luke's Hospice in Basildon.
They're starting the journey today and it will take four days to complete!
They've almost reached their target of £10,000 thanks to supporters including the BryceMennell team!
